2.1. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Account & Profile Data:

Listing Content & Media:
Information, descriptions, photographs, images, documents, contact information, and other materials you choose to include in Listings, including:

Business Listings: Business descriptions, financial information, revenue, expenses, asking price, business location, assets, inventory, and other business-related information.
Real Estate Listings: Property descriptions, addresses, pricing, square footage, acreage, zoning information, photographs, and other property-related information.
For Lease Listings: Property or space descriptions, addresses, rental or lease rates, availability, lease terms, property details, and contact information.
Job Listings: Employer or business information, job titles, descriptions, compensation information, qualifications, schedules, locations, and other employment-related information.
Marketplace Listings: Item descriptions, prices, photographs, condition information, pickup or delivery information, and other information about goods or items offered through the Platform.

Employment and Application Information:
If the Platform permits Users to respond to or apply for Job Listings, we may collect information that you submit in connection with a job inquiry or application, such as your name, contact information, resume, employment history, education, qualifications, experience, availability, messages, or other information you choose to provide.

Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, banking credentials, financial account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public Listings or ordinary Platform communications.

Inquiries and User Communications:
Information you provide when contacting a business owner, Seller, property owner, landlord, Employer, Marketplace seller, or other User through the Platform.

Customer Support Communications:
Information provided when you contact us, submit a contact form, report a Listing or User, request assistance, or communicate with customer support.

SMS and Mobile Communications:
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we may collect your telephone number, consent records, messaging preferences, and related communications.

2.2. Information Automatically Collected

When you access or use the Platform, our servers and service providers may automatically collect standard device, connection, and usage information, including:

Device & Connection Information:
IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, device identifiers, internet service provider, referring URLs, and exit URLs.

Usage Data:
Pages viewed, duration of visits, clickstream data, search terms, Listing views, interactions with Platform features, links, advertisements, and other activity on the Platform.

Operating, maintaining, and providing the Platform and enabling Users to create, publish, search, browse, view, manage, and respond to Business, Real Estate, For Lease, Jobs, Marketplace, and other permitted Listings.

Facilitating User Connections:
Helping Users communicate regarding potential purchases, sales, leases, rentals, employment opportunities, Marketplace transactions, and other Listings.

Account Administration:
Creating and managing Accounts, authenticating Users, maintaining Account information, responding to Account requests, and providing customer support.

Listing Administration:
Publishing, displaying, reviewing, managing, moderating, expiring, removing, or otherwise administering Listings and associated User Content.

Job and Employment Features:
Facilitating communications or information exchange between Employers and Job Seekers when employment-related features are available through the Platform.

BiZiLiA does not independently make employment or hiring decisions on behalf of Employers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Communication:
Sending administrative notices, account notices, Listing-related communications, system updates, security alerts, policy updates, responses to inquiries, and other communications relating to use of the Platform.

Platform Security & Fraud Prevention:
Detecting, investigating, preventing, or responding to fraud, scams, spam, abusive conduct, unauthorized access, suspicious Listings, security threats, and other potentially harmful activity.

Analytics & Platform Improvement:
Analyzing Platform usage, performance, traffic, search activity, and User interactions to improve functionality, design, features, content, and User experience.

Legal Compliance & Enforcement:
Complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, court orders, and governmental requests and enforcing our Terms and Conditions and other Platform policies.

Protecting Rights and Safety:
Protecting the rights, safety, security, property, and legitimate interests of BiZiLiA, Sohn Group, LLC, our Users, service providers, and others.

4. DISCLOSURE & SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties.

4.1. Publicly Displayed Listings

Listings are generally intended to be publicly accessible.

Information you voluntarily include in a public Listing may be visible to visitors and Users of the Platform.

Other contact or identifying information

in a public Listing, that information may be publicly viewable.

Users should carefully consider what information they choose to include publicly.

4.2. Communications With Other Users

When you inquire about or respond to a Listing, information you submit may be provided to the User responsible for that Listing or another User involved in the communication.

This may include communications relating to:

Business opportunities
Real estate
Property leasing
Employment opportunities
Marketplace items
Other Listings

For example, employment-related information voluntarily submitted in response to a Job Listing may be made available to the applicable Employer or User responsible for the Job Listing.

4.3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors, contractors, and service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as:

SMS delivery

Information may also remain in backups or archival systems for a reasonable period after it is removed from active systems.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Platform is intended for Users who are at least 18 years old.

BiZiLiA does not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.

If we learn that Personal Data from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND PUBLIC INFORMATION

BiZiLiA is a public listing and advertising Platform.

Information, photographs, descriptions, contact details, employment information, property information, Marketplace item information, or other materials that Users voluntarily publish in public Listings may be viewed, copied, saved, or otherwise accessed by other Internet users.

Users should not include confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary Personal Data in publicly accessible Listings.

BiZiLiA cannot control how unrelated third parties may use information that a User voluntarily makes publicly available.

10. JOB SEEKER AND EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

When Users submit information relating to a Job Listing, that information may be provided to the Employer or User responsible for the applicable Listing.

Employers are independently responsible for how they collect, use, retain, protect, and otherwise process applicant or employment information that they receive through or in connection with BiZiLiA.

BiZiLiA is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of Employers or other Users after information has been transmitted to or obtained by them.

Job Seekers should review an Employer’s privacy practices where appropriate before providing sensitive or extensive Personal Data.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to websites, applications, products, payment services, Employers, advertisers, or other third-party services that are not owned or controlled by BiZiLiA.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, policies, or activities of third parties.

Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy practices rather than this Privacy Policy.

We encourage Users to review the privacy statements of third-party websites and services before providing Personal Data.

12. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on the features available through the Platform and applicable law, you may be able to:

Update certain Account information.
Edit or remove Listings.
Adjust certain communication preferences.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
Opt out of SMS marketing communications by following applicable opt-out instructions.
Disable or manage cookies through your browser.
Contact us regarding questions or requests concerning your Personal Data.

Certain administrative, security, legal, or transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the Platform or administer your Account.

This Privacy Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws.

Certain Users may have additional privacy rights depending on their place of residence and applicable law.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

Where required by law or where BiZiLiA determines appropriate, we may request affirmative acceptance or consent regarding material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective may constitute acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Use of BiZiLiA is also subject to the BiZiLiA Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions contain additional provisions relating to Accounts, Listings, User Content, prohibited conduct, transactions between Users, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other Platform matters.
